The New Factory

In 2013 PetStar acquired a new industrial space, which has transformed in its new factory 2 years later. The investment summed up to approximately 9 million Euros. The entire financing was supplied by a bank club, with BCR Erste Bank Romania as its leader.

The following facts confirm the success of the new PetStar facility, inaugurated in August 2016:

• It is physically the largest Balkan factory of its kind, with a total area of 35.000sq m./25.000 built sq m. It was developed under the concept of “everything under a single roof”.
• It is the largest Balkan factory in terms of production output, too; 36.000 tons of injected resin per year.
• It is equipped with the best and latest technology: HUSKY, HyPET 300, Piovan.
• It is a production/sales facility with all its processes entirely under the SAP software system umbrella.
