SALE – PURCHASE CONTRACT 

PET BOTTLES RECYCLING LINE/ 160/12.08.2019 

Pet Star Recycling SRL announces the designation of the winning bidder for the purchase of a PET bottles recycling line within the project entitled “Greenfield investment for the production of recycled PET granules for food use obtained from recycling PET bottles – post-consumer” . The project is financed by the Ministry of Public Finance – General Directorate of State Aid, by GD 807/2014, based on the financing agreement no. 99 dated 12/28/2018. 

Following the technical-financial analysis of the bids submitted by the participants in the procurement process, the winning bidder is Starlinger & Co. Gesellschaft m.b.H. 

The value of the approved state aid for the acquisition of technical installations, machines and equipment is 30,225,000 LEI.
