Pet Star Holding, one of the most important PET preform producers in Romania and the Balkans region in terms of production volume and format variety, secured a €4 million financing facility from CEC Bank to support its business. The funds were granted with an EximBank guarantee, under the state aid scheme in the context of the economic crisis triggered by Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
Pet Star Recycling plays a complete recycler role within the Circular Economy flow, being the only recycler in Romania capable of processing post-consumer PET waste from the country in the same factory, with perfectly integrated production flows.
